Starlie — User Data Deletion Instructions

Starlie: Baby Tracker (com.starlie.babytracker) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app — no request or waiting for support is required.

Delete your account and data in the app

1. Open the Starlie app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Type the confirmation word shown on the screen and tap Delete.

What happens next:

• Your account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out everywhere, your login (including Sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple) is unlinked, and your e-mail address is anonymized.
• All personal data — your profile, your children's profiles, tracking history (sleep, feeding, diapers, pumping, solids, growth), diary entries, photos, and AI chat history — is permanently erased within 30 days. This grace window exists solely to protect against accidental deletion; the data is not used during this period.
• Billing records required by tax law are retained in anonymized form, with no link to your identity.

If you signed in with Facebook

Deleting your Starlie account (steps above) also removes the link between your Facebook profile and Starlie. Starlie stores no Facebook data other than the identifier and the name/e-mail you agreed to share at sign-in; these are erased together with the account.

You can additionally revoke Starlie's access in Facebook itself: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Starlie → Remove.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, e-mail us at support.starlie@gmail.com from any address, stating the e-mail you used in Starlie. We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
